TUMU Timbers
TUMU Timbers is based in Hastings manufacturing bins and pallets, wholesales outdoor timber and custom kiln dries and treats timber. TUMU Timbers is the largest single site manufacturer of bins and pallets in New Zealand and is highly automated using advanced scanning, optimising, processing, and assembly technology.
Kiwi Lumber
Kiwi Lumber Holdings consists of four sawmills based in Masterton, Dannevirke, Gisborne, and Putaruru. The Masterton sawmill is a structural sawmill primarily supplying structural framing, outdoor timber, and industrial timber into the domestic market. While the mills in Dannevirke, Putaruru, and Gisborne all cut pruned log, targeting high-grade clear timber supplied to export markets in Australia, USA, and Europe as well as the domestic market.
PermaPine
Based in Reporoa, just outside of Taupo, is the largest producer of roundwood, poles, and posts in New Zealand. With a distribution to market through the merchants, PermaPine’s recent investments into post and pole peeling and treatment plant upgrades positions it as an efficient and sustainable volume producer and a leader in the roundwood industry.
